Apple recently saw its stock price climb. This pushed its market value higher than Nvidia's. For a short time, Apple was the most valuable company in the world. Nvidia had held that spot for a while.
Nvidia makes powerful chips for artificial intelligence. These chips are in high demand. The company's value grew fast because of this demand. Investors put a lot of money into AI stocks.
Yet, some investors are questioning how much more AI companies can grow. This led to some doubt in the market. That doubt caused Nvidia's stock to dip a bit. Apple then moved ahead.
